Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Surbhi Lingerie, we are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and on time. All orders are shipped directly from our warehouse and handled with the utmost care.

1. Order Processing & Dispatch

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment or confirmation (for COD).
• Processing takes place Monday to Saturday, between 10:30 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
• Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
• In case of any product unavailability, we will notify you via email, SMS, or WhatsApp.

2. Shipping Timeframe

• Standard delivery: 2–7 business days
• Remote regions (e.g., North-East India, J&K, Kerala): 5–12 business days

You will receive a tracking link and courier details via SMS/email/WhatsApp once your order is shipped.

3. Shipping Charges

• Free shipping on orders above ₹499
• For orders below ₹499, a ₹80 shipping fee applies
• Cash on Delivery (COD) is available with a ₹40 COD fee
• COD is not available for orders above ₹7,000

4. Delivery & Acknowledgement

• Orders are delivered by Surbhi Lingerie’s delivery team or trusted third-party courier partners.
• Acknowledgement is required at delivery. We are not liable if someone else at your address accepts the package.
• Please ensure the correct shipping address is provided when placing your order.

5. Track Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive:

• Your Order ID
• Courier partner name
• Tracking number

You can track your order using the link provided in your confirmation message.

6. Damaged or Missing Items

If the package appears damaged or tampered, please refuse the delivery and contact us immediately.

7. Delivery Delays

While we strive for timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, courier delays, strikes). If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated time, please reach out to us — we’ll resolve it promptly.

8. Shipping Locations

We currently only deliver within India. International shipping is not available at this time.
