At Surbhi Lingerie, your satisfaction matters โ but due to the intimate nature of our products, we follow strict hygiene and quality protocols. Please read our return/exchange policy carefully before placing an order.
1. ๐ซ Non-Returnable Products
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Panties
- Bras
- Slips
- Products worn, washed, or damaged after delivery
2. โ Eligible Returns & Exchanges
Returns or exchanges are allowed only if:
- You received a wrong item, size, or color
- The product is damaged or defective upon arrival
- The item is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags
๐ In such cases, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
3. ๐ฉ How to Request a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange:
- Contact our support team within 24 hours of receiving the item.
- Provide your order number, a photo of the received item, and a description of the issue.
- If approved, weโll guide you on return shipping or arrange a reverse pickup (where available).

4. ๐ Exchange Policy
- Exchanges will be processed only once per order.
- If the item is out of stock, a store credit or refund will be issued.
- You may choose an alternative product of equal or higher value (paying the difference if any).
5. ๐ฐ Refund Policy
Refunds (if approved) will be issued in the form of:
- Store credit (valid for 6 months), or
- Bank refund (only in case of defective or canceled items)
Refunds are processed within 7โ10 business days after the returned item passes quality checks.
6. ๐ Return Shipping
- If the issue is our fault (defective/wrong item), we will cover return shipping.
- If the return is due to size change or personal preference, you are responsible for shipping the item back.
- No returns/exchanges will be accepted without prior approval from our support team.

We reserve the right to reject return/exchange requests if:
- The item is used, washed, or tags are missing
- The request is made after 24 hours
- The return package is not received within the specified time
